Rules for using Find It America, submitting information, and purchasing promotional placement.

Using the directory
Find It America provides business-discovery information and connection tools. You may use the directory for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not scrape, disrupt, impersonate, submit false information, or use the service to harass others.
Listings are informational
We work to keep listings useful, but business information can change. Users should independently confirm services, licensing, insurance, pricing, availability, and suitability before hiring or paying a business. A listing is not a guarantee or endorsement.
Claims and submissions
You must provide accurate information and have authority to submit or claim a business. We may request verification, edit formatting, reject a request, suspend a listing, or remove inaccurate, unlawful, duplicative, or misleading content. See the listing policy.
Featured placements
Featured placement is paid advertising that affects visibility, not an endorsement or promise of leads. Pricing, placement, and included features are shown before activation. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, monthly plans renew until canceled and do not guarantee a particular result.
Consumer inquiries
When you send an inquiry, you authorize us to use and share the supplied contact information with the selected business or an appropriate follow-up representative for the purpose of responding to your request.
Intellectual property
The Find It America name, design, and original directory materials are protected. Businesses retain rights in their own names, logos, and submitted materials and grant us permission to display them for directory and promotional purposes.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find It America is not responsible for transactions, services, losses, disputes, or conduct involving listed businesses or directory users. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
